To provide assistance to EURES members and partners in initiating, developing and implementing intra-EU labour mobility actions and plans, to improve cooperation and mutual learning in connection with the objectives of the EURES reform and to reinforce the role of EURES as part of such mobility actions and strategies.

The contractor should develop strategies, plans and tools that will serve as a common strategic umbrella for the information and communication activities of the EURES network (‘horizontal support’). The contractor should also act as the central EURES ‘News and information bureau’ and regularly provide news and information to be used by the EURES network, in social media and on the EURES portal.
