For each event, a minimum of 1 coordination meeting with the EFCA will be held in the EFCA’s premises in Vigo (Spain). Video conferences may be held as well if necessary.

The purpose of this contract is the provision of communication services which will help the EFCA in reaching the following goals under its communication strategy:

— raise awareness about the Agency’s work and mission in general,

— contribute to building a culture of compliance of the Common Fisheries Policy by generating trust, credibility and accountability,

— manage the flow of information among the different actors involved in Fisheries,

— foster European Union values locally at the Agency’s seat.

Specific objectives:

— design, preparation, production and distribution of communication material,

— management, support and material for events.

External assistance with communication and information allows the EFCA to raise awareness of its activities and promote compliance with the rules of the CFP among the general public, the media and the various target groups.

The successful tenderer shall provide a wide range of services to the EFCA which will help the Agency in the development and implementation of the most suitable means of attaining the aims mentioned under the general objectives above. This call for tender is specifically aimed to support the offline communication activities of the EFCA with the exception of any European-wide communication campaigns. The European-wide campaigns are media campaigns aiming to reach audiences all over Europe which will not be covered by this contract.
