The provision of editorial strategy consultancy and recommendation services, planning, production and delivery of news edited Web video and other multimedia products for the European Parliament’s Web video and multimedia services,

— lot 3: architecture, design and hosting.

The development, hosting, encoding of content, maintenance, management as well as additional development of the technical platform for the European Parliament’s Web video and multimedia service ‘EuroparlTV’,

— lot 4: translation, subtitling and voice-over services.

The provision of timely translation and subtitling services, for all 24 official European Union (EU) languages, with the ability to include new and additional languages, for all edited Web video and other multimedia products for the European Parliament’s Web video and multimedia services.
