This call for tender is launched with a view to concluding a framework contract for the provision of technical editing services to support ETF’s communication needs over the next 4 years.

Given the subject of the contract, participation in this call for tender is open to all natural and legal persons that are established (domicile or headquarters respectively) in the EU, Albania, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Norway, and Serbia.

3. a description of the technical equipment and the measures employed to ensure the provision of the services.

1. at least 3 years of experience in providing technical editing services;

2. a network of native language, or equivalent, editors covering the main languages of the ETF (Arabic, English, French, Russian), each of whom must have at least 2 years of experience in working with education and training, and labour market-related texts, and possibly with texts related to the ETF’s partner countries;

3. the capacity to use software applications compatible with those used by the ETF, such as Microsoft Word 2003 and later versions, and Adobe Acrobat.
