Implementation of the SOFIA programme within technical cooperation activities of the European Aviation Safety Agency.
Service category No 7: Computer and related services
Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: The main places of execution shall be EASA’s premises in Cologne or Brussels, the contractor’s premises (including any other location suitable to his needs), and any country in the world where the Agency conducts technical cooperation activities and where EASA is willing to implement the project.

b) assistance in the implementation of the SOFIA programme in recognised partner organisations/authorities within the international cooperation activities of EASA, including data hosting services, where applicable;
c) support to EASA in managing the user community forum, bug tracking and offering help desk assistance to end users.
