In terms of the services requested through this framework contract, the contractor will need to monitor news from print media, TV and radio, and online media from the Dutch-speaking media in Belgium, in order to deliver a daily review consisting of summaries of news of all the themes and full text articles (hereafter called press clippings), the last ones only for the themes ‘European Parliament’ and ‘MEPs’.

It is in the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that all copyright agreements are adhered to in the delivery of this service.

The tenderer will be requested to report on the monitored news at different intervals of the day.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: As proof of their status and legal capacity, tenderers must append to their tenders a copy of their articles of association or equivalent document enabling the European Parliament to determine their form and legal capacity to perform the contract. Should the proof submitted not be sufficient for that purpose, the European Parliament may demand other proof during the tender assessment process. Where no such proof is submitted, the European Parliament reserves the right to deem the tender inadmissible.
