The purpose of the procurement is to set up a coordination mechanism to support language resource collection for the automated translation building block foreseen in the ‘Connecting Europe’ facility. It foresees a secretariat, helpdesk and observatory and supports training, consultancy, facilitation and awareness raising in all EU Member States and CEF associated countries.
