Lot 1: the appropriate European Parliament departments will organise a mandatory site visit for lot 1, which will take place on 9.9.2014 (14:00) at the following address of the European Parliament: European Parliament, Louise Weiss Building, tradesman’s (‘Firmes’) entrance, allée du Printemps, 67070 Strasbourg, FRANCE.

Participation of the entire proposed team is desirable; participation of at least 2 people is obligatory. The names and respective positions of the participants must be notified at least 5 working days before the date of the site visit, either by fax to +33 388175184 or e-mail to epstrasbourg@ep.europa.eu, quoting the reference of the invitation to tender.

Travel costs for this site visit will not be reimbursed by the European Parliament.

Lot 2: there will be no site visit for lot 2.
