More specifically, Eurofound hopes to achieve the following objectives:

— draw more attention to its most pertinent research output borne out of its work programmes, especially its flagship products, relevant policy pointers and events, in a coordinated, comprehensive, and appealing manner,

— highlight Eurofound’s ability to provide sound socio-economic research data, accessible findings and policy pointers, building on its ambition to be a leading information source on comparative information for social policymakers in Europe,

— facilitate access and use of its information, provide the right information to the right audience at the right time, and engage with its target audiences,

— reach new target audiences, in particular at EU Member State or national level, attracted to Eurofound’s work by its new use of multimedia in parallel with its publication and events programs, among them superusers, influential bloggers and commentators in the socio-economic field.

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

The requirements detailed below constitute the deliverables:

1. advice: provide annual plans for up to 4 promotional and awareness raising information campaigns, with use of appropriate marketing channels and multimedia output for optimal target audience engagement, in an effort to further develop Eurofound’s promotional approach to its overall communication strategy. Also, provide a biannual review of scope of work under this contract, matching and realigning project objectives with technological and market development to date;

2. design: provide and update overall design concept for Eurofound, as well as for promotional campaigns, which include both digital and printed output, and relevant use of multimedia material. Ensure that materials are appropriate and usable across all channels, from print to online to social media;

3. multimedia: produce relevant multimedia outputs that facilitate access to Eurofound’s research findings and data, segmented by different target audiences and their needs, and different communication channels;

4. marketing: provide assistance implementing and carrying out Eurofound’s promotional plans and targeting relevant audiences working in close collaboration with its research experts and communication team;

5. analytics: provide quantitative and qualitative EU and national level usage statistics on agreed indicators, as well as target audience analysis, in an effort to measure impact and return on investment.
