Due to the nature of the services required and their place of provision, the ETF is looking for a company which will guarantee a strong local presence in Tunisia by making appropriate staff available to fulfil the tasks stipulated in the contract. The service provider will be required to provide, on request, the 2 main types of services described below (they may be closely related):
service A: organising meetings such as workshops or seminars in Tunisia;
service B: helping to make travel arrangements for Tunisian nationals, and translating working documents.
Taking into account the object of the contract, participation in this invitation to tender is open to all natural persons and legal entities residing in the EU, in the ETF partner countries (for the full list, refer to the invitation to tender dossier or visit the site http://www.etf.europa.eu), Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
